DELIVERY POLICIES, RETURNS AND SHIPPING TIMES

The delivery times indicated may vary. Acebuchdownload.artwill attempt to respect them; their delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, not being Acebuchdownload.art responsible for any compensation to the client.

The sale and shipment of merchandise is subject to stock availability. In exceptional circumstances, a product listed as available may be out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and no compensation will be provided for breach of contract.

Acebuchdownload.art The company will only be responsible for the merchandise until it has been handed over to the transport agency.

No order will be shipped until payment has been verified.

There will be no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and these are considered non-business days.

Delivery of your product may take approximately 15 days, but this is always an estimate and we do not guarantee delivery within this timeframe, although we will always try to meet this approximate 15-day period.

The customer is responsible for verifying the contents and condition of the merchandise upon delivery. Once the delivery is accepted and the customer signs the carrier's delivery receipt, they confirm their satisfaction with the goods received and waive any subsequent claims regarding the suitability and identity of the merchandise ordered and received. Should the customer discover any errors in the merchandise received or that it is visibly damaged upon delivery, they must report these circumstances to Acebuchdownload.art within 24 hours, by email claim administration@acebuchdownload.art

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Unless there is a reason to change the service, your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Your order will be delivered by the printing service that Acebuchdownload.art Acebucdownload.art deems it appropriate to operate in Spain, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. Acebucdownload.art works with the following printing companies: Pixartprinting and Myposter. Only Acebucdownload.art is responsible for ensuring your order arrives in optimal condition. Pixartprinting and Myposter will not be liable for any delays, errors, or damage in the delivery of your product. EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

Returns will only be made when the product is defective.

In that case, a new copy will be sent, and the buyer will be responsible for the cost. Acebuchdownload.art of the costs associated with the new shipment. If it is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded.

If a return is necessary for any other reason, you must bring the product to Acebuchdownload.art (Jacint Verdaguer, 11B. 17490- Llançà-Girona-Spain) in perfect condition and with the corresponding purchase receipt. Under no circumstances Acebuchdownload.art will cover the shipping costs.

PRODUCT THAT DUE TO AN ERROR DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE ORDER

Acebuchdownload.art will cover the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
