DELIVERY, RETURNS AND SHIPPING POLICIES
The indicated delivery times may vary. Although Acebuchdownload.artwill try to respect them, their delay will not imply the cancellation of the order, not being made Acebuchdownload.art responsible for any compensation to the client.
The sale and delivery of merchandise is subject to stock availability. Exceptionally, a product listed as available may be out of stock. In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded, and no compensation for breach of contract will be available.
Acebuchdownload.art will only be responsible for the merchandise until it has been placed in the hands of the transport agency.
No order will be shipped until payment has been confirmed.
Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will not be delivered and are counted as non-business days.
Delivery of your product may take approximately 15 days, but this will always be approximate. Delivery is not guaranteed within this timeframe, although we will always attempt to meet this approximate 15-day deadline.
The customer is responsible for verifying the contents and condition of the merchandise at the time of delivery. Once the merchandise has been accepted and their signature has been entered on the copy of the transport company's guide, they express their agreement with what they have received and waive any subsequent claims regarding the suitability and identity of the merchandise ordered and received. If the customer verifies at the time of delivery that there are errors in the merchandise received or that it is visually damaged, they must communicate these circumstances to Acebuchdownload.art within 24 hours, by means of a claim by email administracion@acebuchdownload.art
SHIPPING OPTIONS
If there is nothing that motivates a change in the service, your order will be delivered to the address you provide. Your order will be delivered by the printing service that Acebuchdownload.art Acebuchdownload.art works with the following printing companies: Pixartprinting and Myposter. Only Acebuchdownload.art is responsible for ensuring your order arrives in optimal condition. Under no circumstances will Pixartprinting or Myposter be liable for delays, errors, or defects in the delivery of your product. Any claim must be made to administracion@acebuchdownload.art as specified below:
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
Refunds will only be made when the product is found to be defective.
In that case, a new copy will be sent, taking charge Acebuchdownload.art of the costs corresponding to the new shipment. If it is out of stock, the full amount will be refunded.
To make an exchange you must bring the product to Acebuchdownload.art (Llacint Verdaguer, 11B. 17490- Llançà-Girona-Spain) in perfect condition and with the corresponding purchase invoice. Under no circumstances Acebuchdownload.art will cover the shipping costs.
Product that by mistake does not match the order
Acebuchdownload.art will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the order placed.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS FOR DIGITAL FILES (only for the single file download option)
If you only want to purchase the digital file, returns will not be accepted due to the nature of the product.
Please note that if you purchase your pre-printed painting, you will also receive the original file as a courtesy. This condition does not apply to wholesale sales.
