Each throw uses 3 coins. Assign 3 to heads and 2 to tails (or the reverse: what matters is keeping it consistent).

The possible sum is 6, 7, 8, 9:
6 = moving yin · 7 = fixed yang · 8 = fixed yin · 9 = moving yang.

Commentary methodology

This oracle does not interpret symbols. It observes relationships. The structure of the hexagram is analyzed as a network: tensions, voids, mutations.

The reading integrates three affinities: constant flow (Heraclitus), form emerging from void (Laozi), and recursivity of complex systems (Morin).

The commentary also depends on the global state of the project. Nothing here is isolated.
